I’d been chasing and chasing a particular goal for months, probably years. I couldn’t understand why something I was so keen to master kept slipping through my fingers. What was wrong with me? I felt defeated and confused.

 Nic picked up on my frustration straight away. She held space for me without any judgement and skilfully asked me questions. These questions helped me explore my thoughts and feelings far more deeply than I had been able to do on my own, and I was able to unlock strategies and awareness that would support me in establishing and maintaining my objectives.
