My Coaching Style

  • One.

I will meet you where you are at, I will hold space for you without any judgment and be truly present for you for the duration of our coaching relationship. My role as your coach is to listen to what you say to me, but also listen to what you don’t say. I will ask you thought-provoking questions, I will challenge you, and I will empower you to take the steps forward and make the changes that will unlock your potential.

  • Two.

I will help to gain clarity and insight on any limiting beliefs you have. Facilitated by me, you will unpick these, I will help you to understand the power of the mind and turn on that light switch in your mind so you can truly see how your mindset is either moving you forward or holding you back.

  • Three.

I will give you the knowledge and the tools to take ownership and start to break down these barriers and start to see things differently from a place that is going to move you forward, not keep you stuck and hold you back.

Working with me I promise you, we will connect, we will create, and we will have conversations from the heart, with the sole purpose of allowing you to move forward and unlock your potential.

For our coaching relationship to be successful, you ultimately need to trust me. It’s for that reason I will never work with a client without having a no-obligation, free-of-charge connection call. The purpose of this call is for you to pick my brains, decide if you feel comfortable with me, and for me to further share with you what coaching is and for us to both decide if there is a connection and alignment that is going to facilitate your success.

Why work with a coach

I work with clients in the corporate and individual space; I offer 121 coaching and group coaching.

There is a wide variety of reasons why people decide they want to work with a coach, but ultimately, what underpins is the need/want for change.

Some clients are looking for clarity on how they want to live their lives; they feel they are not living as the ‘best version’ of themselves.

Others feel ‘stuck’; they know something is ‘missing’ but can’t pinpoint what it is.

Other people may have more clarity; they may know what they want to change but are unsure how to change. Or are scared of making that change.

Some clients want coaching to support their career progression, others may focus more on things aligned more with their personal lives, and others may be a mixture of both.

Ultimately, working with a coach helps people create the life they want to live and create a life or elements that they don’t feel they want to escape from.

Coaching helps break through thoughts that are not serving or holding you back. Coaching helps you achieve your goals and make your dreams a reality, big or small.

What you will get from me

  • • I will meet you where you are at, I will hold space for you in a confidential, non-judgmental space, working within all of the ethical guidelines.

    • I will provide accountability and ownership.

    • I will ask powerful, thought-provoking questions.

    • I will challenge you in a safe, supportive environment.

    • I will listen to what you say and what you don’t say, and I will look for signs in your body language that will help you gain clarity and perspective.

    • I am action-based, forward and solution-focused in my approach; we won’t get stuck in the past. We might touch on the past, and that’s ok, but we won’t spend ages there; coaching is not therapy; we will look to the future as that is where the magic lies; that’s where you want to be!
