When choosing a coach, it is important that you pick the right coach for you; you need to feel comfortable, safe and empowered. You need to choose a coach who will be able to hold space for you to enable you to unlock your potential and facilitate a pathway for you to move forward.

It's really important to me that I set my clients up for success; the first part is that the client feels comfortable working with me.

I hold a triple-accredited diploma in Positive Psychology and Coaching that is recognised by the ICF (International Coaching Federation), AC (Association for Coaching) and the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council). I also hold a specialism in coaching in the Alcohol-Free Performance space.

Coaching has allowed me to align my passion for people and utilise my professional experience in the HR profession, where I have worked for over 20 years, over the last five years working at the executive, c suite level.

I can draw on my personal experiences as a working mum who had a passion for progress in my career but was fiercely protective of my role as a mum and wanted to be present for my two children. I now also understand how imposter syndrome played a big role in my career and how my learned behaviours led me to take on often the role of ‘little miss people pleaser’. In addition, I changed my relationship with alcohol in January of 2021 and have been alcohol-free since this date.

I feel being able to bring all these life experiences into my coaching means I can offer a genuine coaching experience, not only by having the accreditations and qualifications to support you in my role as your coach but also by having walked this path and seen first-hand the benefits of working with a coach, changing my relationship with alcohol, and living life from a growth mindset.
